With the extra bonus point on all Google slash Apple Pay purchases using a linked Chase credit card, your earning potential is now fantastic. Using a Chase Sapphire Reserve paired with Google or Apple Pay would unlock 4x on Dining and Travel. Even the Sapphire Preferred, with just a $95 annual fee would bring 3x points on these purchases. Earning an extra point on every transaction is a considerable reason to pull out a Chase card, versus another issuer over the festive season. Chase Ultimate Rewards Points are arguably the most valuable of the major bank credit card points currencies.
