Anywhere in the world, as long as Singapore is included!

Singapore has so much going for it right now. Hit film “Crazy Rich Asians” put the garden city into full frame and recent accolades, including three of the world’s 15 best bars cemented its place in world tourism. And that’s not to mention that Singapore also offers the world’s best airline, and the worlds best airport. Don’t take our word for it – they won awards that say so! Each month Singapore Airlines offers “Spontaneous Escapes” which offer tremendous value for your Citi, Amex or Chase points, with deals in every cabin. Here’s how to get in on the fun…

Singapore Airlines doesn’t add fuel surcharges to flights on their own airline using points, so when you find a great deal here, you know you’re not going to part ways with the cash cost of an entire ticket as well! Singapore offers solid rates using points to begin with, but the Spontaneous Escapes monthly sales bring discounts up to 43% off the number of points you’ll need.

Instant Points Transfers

The key here is to find something you want, find that it’s available and then instantly transfer your points and book. Singapore does often allow you to hold seats by calling, while your points move over too. Keep your Citi, Amex or Chase points safe in their nest until you find something you can use with Singapore, then zip them into your KrisFlyer account. If you don’t already have one, make one.

Longest flight in the world, in the comforts of premium economy for just 40,000 miles- why not? Australia to Singapore or vice versa in business for 40,600 KrisFlyer miles – bargain! There are deals all over the world, including travel between the USA and Singapore, Europe and Singapore, all of Asia and Singapore… you get the gist. Here’s the full list of places and how many points you’ll need.

The Spontaneous Dates

With all Singapore Airlines Spontaneous Escapes promos, you must book by the end of the month, for travel in the next month. That means you’ll need to book one of these by October 31st, and travel during the month of November. If those dates don’t work – no stress – just wait for the next monthly promo this time next month. Easy.
