For SYDNEY OR MELBOURNE you’re going to need to do a couple more little things. For Melbourne, you’re going to need to book as a multi city, which is easy. Simply enter LON to MEL on any Tuesday or Sunday for your departure, and then for your return, you’ll need to break up the return to force the good pricing. Enter MEL to JKT on a Saturday as one segment and then JKT to LON on the Sunday, the next day. It will all come together as a round trip, but will get you the £1,111 pricing.
