12PM GMT March 15th Update: these deals are all gone. Happy travels to those who booked. If you don’t want to miss another deal like this, follow us on Twitter or Facebook.

There’s no mistaking it – airlines desperately need bookings right now. If you have faith in humanity, that’s great news for travelers looking to upgrade their future journeys.

Before you click away – here’s the exciting part – these deals run through to 2021. Yes, you don’t need to book for this month, or next month. There’s wide open availability in each and every month. One can only hope the world isn’t still bonkers in September, October, November, December, January or February.

SkyTeam has an absolutely incredible sale from Budapest to destinations in the USA. Today’s deal isn’t quite as low as the $500 round trip business class flights to Hawaii from yesterday, but it’s still incredible, and most importantly – still here.

Right now, you can book round trip business class, including Air France 777, KLM 787 or Delta 777 suites with doors for £600 round trip in flat beds to Los Angeles.

There are plenty of routing options available, including stops in New York, if you want it.

These deals can be booked directly with Air France, Delta or your favorite online travel agency like Skyscanner. Delta is likely the best booking option, since it allows you to select fully refundable as a booking class. This means that if you no longer want to travel because the world is still nuts later in the year, you can get actual money back, instead of a voucher.

You can find the deals on Google Flights.

Search Delta.com using “flexible dates” to reveal a price of 247,000 HUF, which is about $800USD or £649 all in round trip. Again, be sure to look for the fully flexible options on Delta. If you’re a doubter and want proof the fares exist, here’s a Skyscanner link, in case you want to go that way.

Just one thing. Pay attention to connecting times. 50 min in Ams is quite tight amdni consider little ove an hour connectin in Us just not enough. Also Paris suck. Having there two hours for me is very little time as i had really bad experiences there and try to avoid it.

  3. Saw this early morning, leapt out of bed, got a great £670 refundable return BUD – LAX. Let’s hope things are better by then. Thanks G.

  4. As usual, prices are still sky high out of DC. Hopefully they’ll go down if the US goes into lockdown…
