America can’t stay closed to Brits forever, can it? There’s just too much that brings these places together to be ignored, and nowhere more so than in New York.

Here’s how and when to lock in first class, not business class, direct to New York for around £1800 all in. You can even use Avios to save some cash, and still earn Avios and Tier Points back!
First Class Flight Deals
British Airways first class has improved quite a bit in recent years, and right now the airline is even serving famous British roasts on board.
For people willing to take a slight leap of faith, a great opportunity is here for 2022 travel. You can lock in British Airways First Class to New York for around £1860 round trip. San Francisco is also available for about £1950 all in.
These flight deals can also be booked as part of a package trip, allowing you to just pay a deposit, and the rest over time.
Dates For These Deals
These deals are available to solo travelers, as well as people booking more than one ticket all the same. For travel dates, these deals kick off January 4th, 2022, for London departures on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
The deals run from January through March 2022, and briefly return again in May.
In most instances, you’ll need to stay at least 5 nights in New York or San Francisco to bring up the lowest prices, and 5-7 night stays seem to be a sweet spot.
How To Book First Class
British Airways website actually makes it really easy to find and book these deals. You simply navigate to this ‘Low Fare Finder’ page, and select “first class”. Keep the dates empty, and you’ll be presented with a list of all the months and visual days where you can fly at these prices.
You’ll be able to see all the lowest prices for North America, and not just New York.
As noted, you can then take that info and book a car rental, hotel, or both on top of the flights, to qualify the trip as a package. By doing so, you’re able to just pay a deposit and then pay the rest as you wish, over time, using a variety of cards (and hopefully hitting great bonuses!).
