Business Class for £1000 per person or First Class for £1500 per person – that is the question. BA has launched 2 for 1 sales out of London, the USA and further afield, which all end today. The best 2 for 1 deals are for London departures to USA, Africa and Asia and require two people, but there are also 1 person deals which are about £450 more.

Virgin Atlantic has a really good sale for flights from London to the USA, including cities like New York, Las Vegas and Washington DC for £1450, without a two person requirement. The Las Vegas deals are particularly strong, but the New York offers are particularly interesting because you can try the A350, with all new business class suite.

As noted in the title, the sale ends today! If you want in, check search on Google Flights for a great offer (depart by Sept 30th, return Oct 10) and get booking while you can. I’ll be on the inaugural A350 flight on September 10th, the VS153 service in case any of you would like to join!

a row of seats in an airplane$880-$990 Singapore Air Premium Economy USA to Singapore

Singapore Airlines offers a top five premium economy experience, if not the very best of all. The airline is facing aggressive competition from airlines in mainland China, and to fend off the new rivals its offering $880 Los Angeles-Singapore and $990 round trip New York to Singapore in Premium Economy, all round trip. That’s a price you’d generally see for economy, so this is a huge upgrade.

This sale technically runs through to the end of August, but we’ve seen availability drying up very quickly, so if you want it, probably worth getting in on things ASAP. You can find the deals on Google Flights here for LAX, and here for NYC. Side note: it’s the longest flight in the world, so it would give you bragging rights.
