For two nights in a four star London hotel, £198 is a bargain no doubt, but factoring in the therapy which may be required to get over the idea that your *hopefully* freshly cleaned room wasn’t just used as a sex dungeon while on the property, may offset the savings.

Points for creativity?
The hotel industry, like much of the travel industry, faces unprecedented challenges. Not only are people restricted in their movements, even locals who may be up for a staycation are afraid of the unknowns that come with hotel protocols.
In a weird and twisted way, perhaps going into the stay, envisioning that the hotel is full of sex crazed maniacs making the most of the facilities does at least distract from any covid-19 related fears.
